I am a Bath-based wedding photographer with over 25 years of experience working as a press and editorial photographer for national newspapers and magazines. My work has been seen in all the major national newspapers in print and online.
After graduating with a degree in Documentary Photography, I built a career covering news, sport and feature assignments, often working in fast-moving, unpredictable environments where anticipation, technical expertise and the ability to tell compelling visual stories are essential. These are the same skills that now define my approach to wedding photography.
Drawing on my extensive editorial background, I photograph weddings in a discreet, documentary-led style, capturing genuine moments as they naturally unfold rather than directing or interrupting the day. Years spent finding powerful images under pressure have given me a keen eye for emotion, atmosphere and the fleeting moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
While my focus is on authentic storytelling, I am equally comfortable creating relaxed group photographs and portraits when required, tailoring my approach to suit each couple and the unique character of their wedding.
Based in Bath and working throughout the UK, I regularly travel for both editorial and commercial assignments and is happy to photograph weddings wherever the story takes him.
